The Studio

Studio 10 is a recently refurbished, multi-purpose content space designed to support modern production needs. Alongside our 7m wide custom-built white infinity cove, ideal for photography, video, e-commerce, and branded shoots - the studio now also features a dedicated podcast and content creation area, perfect for interviews, short podcasts, and social-first content.

The space is suited to everything from headshots and product shoots to full-scale content days, giving you the flexibility to create across multiple formats in one location.

Lighting and selected equipment are available to hire (subject to availability), so you can scale your setup as needed.

Includes: infinity cove, changing room, toilet, and dedicated make-up area.

A dedicated space for short podcasts (max 2 subjects per session), interviews, and social content production.
Includes: access to changing room and toilet facilities.
Note: Podcast equipment is not included.

Opening hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm
Half day hire is 8am-12pm or 1pm-5pm
Full day hire is 8am-5pm
Weekend hire is not available
Studio 10 is an active working studio used by the b4b team
Equipment hire is subject to availability

Terms & Conditions

Payment must be made in full prior to the start of your booking
Hirers may only use the spaces agreed at the time of booking
Any unauthorised use of additional areas or equipment will be charged accordingly
Furniture, fixtures, and equipment must not be moved without prior permission
The studio must be left in the condition it was found, allowing for reasonable use
Shoes must be removed or covered when using the infinity cove
Damage to the infinity cove resulting in repainting or repair will incur a fee of £150 +VAT.

With hot desk workstations available to rent within our co-working space, you can enjoy all the facilities including kitchen, bathroom, breakout areas and rapid Wi-Fi.

It's also ideal for professionals looking to escape a busy office environment or as a refreshing change to working from home; our individual workstations are each equipped with a spacious desk, LCD monitors, adjustable chair, and storage facilities, all located in our co-working media space within the Studio 10 building.

These areas are available to use after your shoot, so you can immediately get to work and begin post-production on your content without leaving the building.
